How can you pray for Amanece

The summer work is finally finished and now we need to focus on our daily lives and ministry. Every week (mainly when teams arent here) we work on our church planting projects, reports for our partners, discipleship and administrative work. So we are back on doing that. However; we need to get working on the preparations of Mays mission trip, start mentoring and recruiting new missionaries, and get the Dominican church involved in the sending of missionaries to the unreached.

You might be asking, how can I help? My main answer is and will always be pray for us Why? Because prayer is the beginning of every blessing. For us to have a good mission trip, for us to become in the image of Jesus we have to be rooted in prayer. That is, we commit our lives to prayer and you commit to pray for us. This doesnt mean we will receive everything we pray for, but we definitely will get to understand Gods heart after it. And Trust me your prayers are much needed these days.

If we could (and I guess we should) wed send you a list of prayer request every given time, but sometimes we are so busy doing local work that blogging is not a priority. Heres how you can pray for us:

Pray for boldness as we walk the path that God has set for us.
Pray for the spiritual strength of our disciples so they dont fall into temptations of this world.

Pray for the communities we are ministering to (guachupita, cativo, Batey Chiquito, Los guandules)
Pray for  10/40 window so that doors are opened (missionaries can receive us, visas granted) and we can go reach the unreached.
Pray for Haiti, Cuba and Peru. Places where we have been and we have ministered. So that God continues what He started.

Well commit to pray for these things and also pray for our supporters and prayer warriors. That means you.

1 Timothy 2:8

I desire therefore that the men in every place pray, lifting up holy hands without anger and doubting.
